Preaching through the converted (2019)
A cupboard from "Autarkia", personally developed algorithm; group exhibition "XVII c.", Autarkia, Vilnius.

The work started as a set of collages in which I was researching the "equal distribution" of the image plane. The resulting images led me to associate them with "figure-ground" problem and algorithmic vision. As Jonas Kubilius, scientist of AI, told me the algorithm of image recognition has difficulties to seperate the fish from the human hands holding it.
The object created for the exhibition in Autarkia was an attempt to transfer the process of equal distribution to the locally found cupboard.
